lost GPS tracking while viewing recorded tracks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start GPS in My Tracks
2. View the recorded track that you are planning to follow
3. Point to your current location

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The GPS point should continue to follow my location as I start driving/walking 
along the recorded track. In the version 2.0.5 the GPS point does not follow 
your current position. It is a static point which is only updated once you 
point & touch the GPS location sign.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
MyTracks version 2.0.5 Android version 4.3 on Google Galaxy Nexus

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.

Same issue. If I alt tab to Google maps and let it update my Location and 
switch back to tracks it week update with the new location.

Same issue. Twice while running right after checking intermediate results the 
GPS is lost and/or stops recording. Prio "medium" seems a bit low, I can't 
succesfully track my movement which is the sole purpose of the app!

I agree. Could a moderator please bump the priority to high? I used to use this 
for offroading trips and I can't anymore. Nor can I use google maps anymore 
since the my maps is no longer available there.
