Change Orientation #1428

MyTracks seems to only orient toward north, is there a way to have it orient in 
the direction your are moving like Google Navigation does.  It's cumbersome to 
have to constantly be rotating my phone while hiking to keep it oriented in the 
direction I am moving.  

I am requesting that you add a compass pointer and allow user to tape the 
pointer to toggle between north orientation and actual direction user is moving.

I would also like to have this setting. Google map has it and it works great, 
why not My Track? I have to use My Track with a compass app to have a complete 
useful navigation app while hiking.

This is a duplicate of issue #950 which is marked has fixed, but clearly the 
feature is still missing...
