ANT+ sensor doesn't work on nexus 5 after ANT+ enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ANT+ Enabler. Required rooted Nexus 5.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.z2software.antplus
2. Launch ANT+ Enabler and enable the ANT+ patch
3. Install and Launch ANT+ Demo app and connect to foot pod sensor. The foot 
pod connected and worked with ANT+ Demo app.
4. Launch mytracks and go to Settings->Sensor. ANT+ sensor does not show up.

What is the expected output? 
ANT+ sensor foot pod should be found. 
What do you see instead?
ANT+ sesnor foot pod not found

What version of MyTracks are you using? 
2.0.6

On what version of Android? On what phone?
Android 4.4.2 Build number KOT49H on nexus 5.

Just found out it doesn't work on Samsung S4 with built-in ANT+ either!

I got a LG G2 with ANT+ Enabler. All ANT+ HRMs work great with other apps like 
Selfloops. With MyTracks they won't even be recognized.
