Not recording in airplane. #1473

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. phone in airplane mode
2. turn on My tracks and start recording

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The speed was zero, but the map showed the location changing. The altitude was 
also correct. I ran GPS status and it should the actual ground speed of the 
plane. There was a GPS lock.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
My tracks v2.0.6; Nexus 5; Android 4.4.2 (stock)

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.

Please provide any additional information here:
In annex is the exported file from that trip. It recorded for 3:29 but the file 
is empty of data points.

I did another test with my tracks by starting the recording before boarding the 
plane.
Basically, My tracks is not designed to handle airplane speeds.

Speed display stops working after 75 km/h.
