Weight should be associated with each track

Hi,
now is weight parameter associated to each track by reference, so change of 
this value influence all tracks. This is ilogical, weight is referenced to time 
and any change must not influence previous tracks. Value from settings should 
be used just as default value for new track.

Value of weight then can be used in stats. In graph it may look nice (when 
curve is decreasing...).
