Please describe what your requested feature would do, how it would work, etc:
Right now when you enter a marker, the fields you can fill out are prescribed
for all points exactly the same: Name, Marker Type, and Description. I would
love to be able to create customized marker fields for different kinds of
projects. For example if I'm collecting a certain kind of data, it would be
nice to be able to create fields in a template and then use those fields when
collecting marks along a track. Right now when I export the track to .csv and
open in a spreadsheet, the columns show Name, Marker type, and Description.
Then since I have 4-5 different kinds of data that I'm collecting, I have to go
in and create new columns and move/copy various data from the description to
other columns in my spreadsheet. Would be great if instead I could just create
the columns I want ahead of time and then enter the data appropriately while
collecting it, and then exporting it would be a breeze.
