Option to start GPS when paused #1553

I use "start GPS" before starting recording to get a GPS fix in time. Pause 
(correctly) stops GPS. But then I can't start GPS before resuming recording and 
have to wait for GPS fix.

Thanks for the feedback. This is something we will think about. We know getting 
the first gps fix immediately is important.
