support for mytrackslib? #1566

With the project going closed source will the mytrackslib still work? Will at 
least a compiled lib be be available ongoing? I've got apps that depend on that 
functionality to read/write tracks. Am I screwed?

We announced earlier this year that allowing other apps to read/write My Tracks 
data will stop working on 9/1/14.

9/1/14? Announced where? I didn't see that anywhere on this site. It's after 
9/1/14 and it still works so what I s the new date?
