elevation wrong #1574

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The Elevation is showing wrong instead of 115m it is showing 30m.
2. The application is kept for 1 and half hour the min elevation shown is -50m 
and max. 60m and suddenly falls and settles at around 20m
3. Where as the GPS ESSENTIALS application downloaded from google play store 
and installed, it is showing exact coordinates and ELEVATION.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
The version I checked with 2.0.7 and 2.0.8 also.The version of android is jb 
4.3. the phone is xiaomi redmi 1s  model number HM 1S.
