This is fantastic app and really appreciate all your efforts.

Im able to create super from terminal but couldnt access "/surveys". Am I missing anything? Thanks in advance

Hi @rcsrao Make sure you have a Django project and you follow installation step at here https://github.com/irfanpule/django-form-surveys?tab=readme-ov-file#installation
