NED_tabindex lacks subset of NED.TAB files #29

(Consequence of other known bug?) Partly writing this to make sure that I later check that problem has later been resolved.

NED_tabindex lacks subset of NED.TAB files.

Observed (for single NED.TAB) files in: AST2, one-day dataset 2019-05-09 for sure.

Missing NED.LBL files (for non-empty NED.TAB files) in most other datasets indicate same problem: PRL-EXT3 (prev. FJ commit)

fa1182f Fredrik Johansson (2019-06-20 18:15:19 +0200) (HEAD -> master, origin/master, origin/HEAD) WOL final(?) update. I think CALIB2 is now finished

Found in all comet phases. (No longer found in ASTx though.)

Tentatively resolved. Just waiting for reruns of other mission phases before I close.
