SolO QLI: Sometimes missing E_SRF data

Step 3: Describe the problem

Expected behavior

SolO QLI, 1-week shows E_SRF data (panel 7) when available

Actual behavior

SolO QLI, 1-week sometimes does not show E_SRF data (panel 7), when compared with old QLIs (fb454934; 2023-05-12; homepage).

Example: Week beginning 2023-04-12T00. Data for 2023-04-12 and most of 2023-04-13. Can see same behaviour in 24 h quicklooks for 2024-04-12 and 2024-04-13.

Example: Week beginning 2023-02-15T00. Very brief interval of E_SRF data at the end of 2023-02-17. Can see same issue in 24 h quicklook for 2023-02-17. Example: Week beginning 2022-12-28T00. (Only E_SRF until 2023-01-01T00.)

Should be generate_quicklook_7days.m, generate_quicklooks_24h_6h_2h.m and related.

This should be due to having changed the data source for the underlying quicklooks.

• The old quicklooks (https://github.com/irfu/irfu-matlab/commit/fb454934f59158640facd9116701b7ad89b14e5b; 2023-05-12; homepage) were generated using /data/solo/data_irfu/latest/ which has EFIELD datasets for all times (though not always non-fill values).
• The new quicklooks (effectively https://github.com/irfu/irfu-matlab/commit/69c5ddb0488bfe4b569d952f8587318a207d9b2a 2024-03-28) were generated using /data/solo/remote/data/ which does not have EFIELD after 2022-11-30.
