I can't download this plugin.

Always include steps to reproduce problems and general information when submitting issues.

What did you try (where did you download it?), what happened (erros messages?), ...

I cannot seem to download this plugin into my centos 7. i know where the .jar file is, but i can't seem to download onto my centos

As I said: be specific, explain yourself in detail/how to reproduce the issue. I'll close this for now as it doesn't seem like an issue with the plugin itself.
