ntopng version #40

Hello,

Which version of ntopng does softflowd work with? I tried with the last one but I couldn't receive packets sent by softflowd.

I forgot that version. I merged PR #12 on 3rd Aug, 2019. It may have compatibility with ntopng 3.4 assumed from release date of ntopng.
