remove_source_shift in finite_source route? #36

Hi Lion,

Is remove_source_shift not defaulted to true in the finite_source route? These are AU.KMBL FFM synthetics for the Nepal event.

Sorry, I forgot my code (1s doesn't work in syngine yet) offset things by the sliprate and I compared it to the syngine FFM 5s results. Nevermind :)
