I just started playing around with pyWeed today, great tool. This seems to be the only major features missing (for my use cases). Would also be great to be able to select catalogs to filter on, as well as a way to specify if instrument response info should be included when saving inventory files.

Thanks for the feature suggestions! The code for saving/loading the selection data is partly done, so I will prioritize getting this finalized.
