Buttons/inputs on waveform dialog don't behave properly (RM#5628) #50

When changing the time window, a refresh is triggered automatically (maybe shouldn't be, it's expensive) but the UI doesn't reflect this. The time window button says "Downloaded" and the save button looks like it's stuck in the downloading state.
