User Library: clicking '+' results in an error popup (Errors 'Name: This field is required') #17

In the User Library pane, when I click on the '+' button to generate a new Library it immediately shows an error popup saying 'Errors Name: This field is required'. It would be more user-friendly if the error did not occur unless I try to save a Library without a name.

Have not encountered this bug as of yet. We should verify that this no longer is an issue.
