ENums are now part of the language. Support them!

We need to find an "easy" test that we can run without having to add too much overhead. There are a few things that are defined in jets, lets try to do that and build and run them to see what happens.

xAOD::Jet - would this work? JetConstitutentState?
JetConstitutentScale is defined as a enum! So we should try running this guy and see if we get anything back!

And they are all in the calibrated state! :-)
