We had 12 files that weren't successfully replicated from a four-top sample. They had previously been tracked in the metadata still, causing an assert that exists as sanity check to fail. Fixing the metadata here to be fully consistent.
That means othertop runs fine now, but that allowed me to spot another problematic branch that is skipped and replaced now.
