Currently uses a R21 type system to run R22 PHYSLITE. Lets get everything in order to make sure that works

[x] Alter the current notebook
[x] Alter the current script that runs the performance test
[x] Update all references to the pip install to make sure it is installing the right package.

This may require some work in the type packages, especially to support the qastle generation in a straightforward way.

Use this release generator to generate local type files until this works well, then release to pipy.
