Added beckykowalski.md, Rebecca-Kowalski.png, and cuore-logo.png to relevent directories.

Hi, it looks like you left out the initial "---" delimiter for the frontmatter part of the markdown file, plus the later part has unnecessary indentation (final --- delimiter, plus some additional lines of the page body text. Also the LinkedIn part "URL-TO-LINKEDIN-PROFILE-IF-AVAILABLE" should be removed or replaced. Could you update your PR with those fixes?
