Add creation (add) button in concerned create / edit forms #16

The user should be able to quickly create a new :

account
contact
supplier

whenever a create / edit form ask him to select one of these entity. After he creates the needed entity, he then should be redirected to the previous edit / create form in order to complete his first action.

Ergonomy enhancement.
