Depending packages missing on Debian Squeeze

When building on Debian Squeeze these packages are missing:

rake dctrl-tools libsctp-dev ed libxslt1-dev g++ libcap2-bin

They could easily be added to the "apt-get install" line in the Readme.

Ah yes, my #83 is basically a duplicate of this but on Ubuntu.
