solved in b29ac943477572b7ce537572d04d4c51246871e4? the algorithm produces the extrapolation data, but this still needs surplusesque magic to be reactive.

as standalone module, consider already complete. but as a complete solution, still needs:

[x] extract responsive data from source
[ ] api to specify extrapolations for different screen size
[ ] frame management that understands responsive multi-frame framesets
[ ] example to use responsive data reactively
