As a Iris user who has vision accessibility needs, I would like for there to be support for adding accessibility tags to images, so that I can experience the image being shared.
Acceptance Criteria
Every image has a accessibility tag
When Iris user uploads an image, they are prompted to add to the accessibility tag (for instance, "cat with with red laser beams shooting from cat's eyes")
Screen reader software can detect, and read accessibility tag
Accessibility tag is reveal-able to user (what is the UI here?)
