feat: add event details view #381

2 separate things in this, but didn't bother splitting prs:

Smaller thing: only subscribe to enabled relays in PubSub.ts. I am pretty sure the disabled relays were not meant to be subscribed to.

Stores relay info of new events (a simple in-memory mapping)
Adds a button to the post menu to open a modal that displays the relays

I took inspiration from the way coracle shows the relays: a details menu into a modal.
