Embedded Youtube videos with timecode in URL do not start at specified timecode

Hi, I noticed this with iris, for instance if you post a video with a timecode say:

https://youtube.com/watch?v=1m12zgJ42dI&t=930s

The video that gets embedded and displayed by the javascript still starts at 00:00 and not 930 seconds in.
