Dockerize bdd-security #33

I am thinking about way we could dockerize bed-security framework.

I love to see a dockerfile created. Already created a basic dockerfile, but having trouble having the entry point of the running container accessing the local client filesystem to pass - build.xml and config xml/

Running/Building on Mac using docker-machine
