[BUG] Pressing any controller button makes the sound partially cut. #110

Just open any game and starts playing, it's very easy to notice.

Also, when i tried to run the 32X+ Mortal Kombat II Arcade Edition the msu-md soundtrack looped itself everytime i pressed a button and the only song that played was the first.

Issue resolved, it was just the "run preemptive frames".
