Teacher Viewing and Commenting on SocialVR assignments in the classroom

  1. A teacher would like to give an assignment to their students using SocialVR though google classroom. They can do this simply by posting an assignment in their portal which will then be visible by all the students.

Example: "Create a 3 room SocialVR experience with audio and image hotspots and narration due tomorrow."

  1. After the students complete assignments, a teacher would like to see all their student projects in one place. Here is a classview of what a teacher can see when students would upload all of their assignments as attachments either as links, google docs, or google slides.

We would like this student "attachments" to be a SocialVR QR code attached to their project.

  1. A teacher would then take their phone and using the SocialVR web app QR reader would scan each student's assignment and view it.

  2. A teacher would then like to provide feedback on each assignment in the form of comments which google classroom typically allows them to do as "private feedback" screen shot 2018-04-16 at 7 04 40 pm

Student View Uploading Assignments

  1. Currently google allows students to upload a file, screen shot 2018-04-16 at 10 49 42 am

or "create" using google tools screen shot 2018-04-16 at 10 50 02 am

  1. How would this work with a QR code? @batchku @0la0 thoughts on this? would they insert the link and it would reveal a QR code in google classroom ?

My impression is that we should get this workflow set up with project links. A teacher can view a link on mobile or desktop. Once that workflow is set up we can introduce QR codes. After that we can think about deeper integrations with SocialVR via the classrooms API.

@0la0 let's revisit this in a phone call. Also would be helpful to think about combining projects. We have done this twice this semester now and the projects get too big quickly. Could use some help.
