Audio Countdown

Often when you record directly into the browser it also captures the sound of the user tapping the mouse at the beginning and end. It would be good to have some sort of 3-2-1 recording beeps to help give the user time to start and close out without capturing that tapping sound. Help on thinking through this please.

@emilt27 can you implement a simple countdown with on screen text 3-2-1 in the red recording circle then audio recording starts

@apuhub yep I can implement it, but it will provide you the ability to get rid of capturing tapping sounds on the start, and it will capture tapping on the end of the recording, in cases when the recording duration is less than the maximum value (90 seconds for narration audio and 30 seconds for hotspot's audio).
