open "edit puppet" window when an image file is selected after clicking on + #23

when user wants to add a puppet, he/she clicks on "+" in the bottom right. user can then select a .json (full puppet) or .jpg/.png; if users uploads an image, interface should take the user to the "Edit Puppet" window to allow rigging and saving.

Currently, selecting an image results in nothing.
