The warning message for attempting to download files larger than metalnx.download.limit should reflect the actual size #220

https://github.com/irods-contrib/metalnx-web/blob/f6f293bdb5adb84aa521f235f632699e5b16b3f4/src/metalnx-web/src/main/resources/views/collections/collectionsBrowser.html#L782 and https://github.com/irods-contrib/metalnx-web/blob/f6f293bdb5adb84aa521f235f632699e5b16b3f4/src/metalnx-web/src/main/resources/static/js/collection.js#L190 both hard code the limit into the warning, so the warning is wrong for anyone not using the default 100MB
