use iRODS terminology consistently #268

Throughout Metalnx, for historical/executive purposes, the terms data object and collection were not used, instead file and directory were displayed to the users.

This is confusing and should use the iRODS terminology everywhere.

I noticed on the 'info' page for a data object, it says 'File'. @connectbo Please poke around and find/replace other instances of 'File' and 'Directory'.
