Ensure avro has proper RUNPATH/RPATH #209

I see in more than one place outside this repo we are setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH when calling avrogencpp. This would seem to indicate that the RUNPATH/RPATH of avrogencpp (and probably libavrocpp) is not being populated properly. Let's check on that.

I've verified that avrogencpp in our latest avro externals package has the correct RUNPATH.
