Old celery has a problem with the pytest integration, cf.

This was handled in https://github.com/irods/irods_capability_automated_ingest/commit/33f040fa78e5a1175577e4403d74d273a2b3e6d9 (celery >= 4.3) and released as part of 0.4.0.
