Add tests for all file types for `--exclude_file_type` option

The following strings are supported by the --exclude_file_type option in the sync tool:

• regular
• directory
• character
• block
• socket
• pipe
• link

The "link" type received a test in https://github.com/irods/irods_capability_automated_ingest/commit/c508e17111d8b2fc24a1235b59fed36a77bd6c76. The others need tests as well.
