Update or remove existing Kubernetes / Helm support #232

The existing Kubernetes / Helm support for this project is out of date. We should update it or remove the files and instructions from the README. Should we ever need these existing instructions in the future, they will be available in Git.

Leaving this open until we have some better instructions for Kubernetes support. Might get some good tips from the community in this area.

A Helm chart for deployment of the full stack would be helpful. We can certainly give some inputs on that.
