The new Celery tasks which landed in #211 have these names:
irods_capability_automated_ingest.tasks.filesystem_sync
irods_capability_automated_ingest.tasks.s3_bucket_sync
Let's remove the word "sync" from the name, perhaps replacing it with "tasks" to indicate that it is a module for the Celery tasks specific to these storage systems.
