Reorganize project #149

Right now, this project has a flat file structure. Just a bunch of files and no directories. Given that we are going to be adding even more files (#148), we should improve the organization of this project somewhat.

Upon first look, it seems 'by OS' would be the easiest to grok and add/remove from over time.
