explain ticket usage better #196

All,

I was trying to find how to use tickets. The documentation on iticket explains well how to create a ticket, and https://docs.irods.org/4.3.0/system_overview/users_and_permissions/#tickets-guest-access gives more explanation on the same.

However, after you created a ticket, there is no guidance on usage. Can you describe how to login with a ticket? I think the iget/iput -t , anonymous user creation and iinit should also be here.
