[#53] Fix running plugin tests in parallel #173

Apparently this interface changed at some point and was not reflected in the plugin test runner script.

Yes, we should be able to pass a test list. It is supposed to work exactly like run_core_tests.py and run_topology_tests.py. I found that trying to do this now results in an error but also "All tests passed" lol
