Contains shooter code. Also some control systems.

JRADD has been tested, recursive motion profile has been successfully simulated in Unity.

Adds:

• Functional shooter class
• JRADD object (modified JRAD with a proportional term)
• Recursive Motion Profile object (a motion profile that updates in real time)
