Paginate transactions query & poll for status change on transaction level

Adds pagination to the transactions list request on the account overview page
Moves the logic that updates a transaction's status to the transaction itself, rather than maintaining it on the
Removes search feature
- The SDK does not support free text search, so we were doing that entirely on the frontend. Unfortunately, that requires having all transactions loaded, so we're not able to support that in a performant way with pagination. This may be re-added later on but the feature will be removed for now.
Removes sorting
- I'm gonna add this back in as soon as we can support sorting via the SDK which is gonna be the next thing I do.

Can we change the date format for the transactions? The order of day-month-year seems strange to me. Can we do yyyy-mm-dd?
