can windows users get a install dir choice please #381

Hey unfortunately it took a reinstall and I was able to send but again not the amount I was looking to send 😕 whats the factor on limiting transactions?

I don't use tele and I avoid discord as a general rule to much spam and phishing attempts for me maybe 🤔 I'll join back here on Sunday my VM machine died so till I get the parts to get her going I'm staying away
