Feature request: search tasks by id and/or tag

I'd like to be able to add an array of one or more tags to tasks. Then I should be able to search and filter by those tags. I'd also like to be able to search for task id. Trying to find one now is impossible.

Thanks for submitting this. The tagging thing might take a bit, but searching by task ID makes a lot of sense and should be pretty easy to get it in. I've created an internal ticket for the team to get that in.

@coreymaass @adelevie you already able to search by TaskID https://hud.iron.io/dashboard -> enter TaskID -> wait for ~ 1 second -> see result.
