Feature request: bump up priority of queued tasks in HUD #78

Today IW was under heavy load, queues were building up with backlog.

Your status page says "Users can increase the priority to 1 or 2 to decrease time in queue." Awesome! Except... the HUD doesn't let me modify the priority of queued tasks.

Please add the ability in HUD to select queued tasks and modify the priority. Thanks!
