Upgrade Mono to 3.2 #81

Currently IronWorker is running Mono 2.10.8.1. Would it be possible to have the environment upgraded to Mono 3.2.

Version 2.10 is no longer supported as per: http://www.mono-project.com/Release_Notes_Mono_3.2

Until appropriate person answer this, proposing way of bundling custom mono version via deb files. Link to example: https://github.com/thousandsofthem/workers/tree/master/mono-3.0.6
