iron meteor cannot find simpl-schema #258

I am using iron-meteor for scaffolding meteor apps with aldeed collections2. I have installed simpl-schema globally via; npm install -g --save simpl-schema but when I try to iron run I get the following error;

Any clue as to what could be wrong?
